MariaCastaña Wines & Friends in Águilas. It has such a suggestive menu that you would ask for it in its entirety. We have eaten raw Águilas shrimp with lemon, anchovy brioche in butter, truffled artichoke flower, cod with sweet garlic confit, grilled tuna morrillo and caramelized French toast with vanilla ice cream. We have eaten wonderfully.
