Service at Marie Blachère Boulangerie Sandwicherie Tarterie is something one can name professional. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is nice. Good morning, I went very recently around 7:22 p.m. to benefit from the 50% off at 7:30 p.m. I knew I arrived early so I stood in a corner, and when I arrived there was only one person at the bakery. One of the employees asked me what I wanted to buy, so I asked her if the half-price discount was still in effect since I didn't see many people. This one responded positively to me by “blowing” with a closed face. Besides, his 2 colleagues weren't pleasant either. No smile, nothing. However, it is the basis, the good reception of the customer. Not only is it part of the sale but it “makes it sell”! Then other people arrived and we lined up behind me. And were entitled to the same welcome as me... we had the impression of annoying them, or even asking for charity (and I prefer to remain polite). However, it is not the customer who established this discount policy. It was rather made by the manager of Marie Blachère to be able to sell all her unsold products or rather all the products which cannot be sold the next day. Sell at half price rather than throwing away, so both parties “win” The team was neither motivated and even less cheerful. That being said, I prefer to tell myself that I am wrong and that the three closed, nonchalant faces of its employees were due to the fatigue of the day, even if I would like to point out that this is not the first time..
