It appears to be an old gas station. The shrimp creole had no creaminess to it at all & the rice was hard and a lil under cooked. I’m disappointed I can’t recommend it and have been wanting to try this place for awhile, but everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly. A must-try spot if you are traveling in the Shreveport area! From the welcoming greeting when you enter the door of this quaint gas station to restaurant to Boz's stories from table to table, Marilynn's Place is worth the stop. The fried shrimp poboy was massive and the shrimp fried to perfection. The dipping sauces were full of flavor. We grabbed beignets to-go and can't wait to try them.
