I was extremely satisfied with my recent visit to Rosticceria Marino in Riposto, in the province of Catania. I would like to share my positive experience, focusing mainly on their specialty: arancini with sauce. The arancini with sauce served at Rosticceria Marino are simply superlative. I have had the opportunity to taste many arancini in different regions of Italy, but Marino's were truly exceptional. From the first bite, I could appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients used. The texture of the rice was perfect, not too dry or too sticky, while the gravy filling was rich and flavorful. What struck me most was the goodness of the sauce inside the arancini. It was clear that it had been prepared with care and passion. The gravy was hearty and tasty, with a thick, mouth-watering texture that blended perfectly with the rice. Each bite was an explosion of flavours, a balanced mix of meat, tomato and spices that made the experience even more memorable. In addition to the quality of the arancini, Rosticceria Marino also offers a wide selection of other Sicilian specialties, all prepared with the same attention and dedication. The rotisserie staff were extremely courteous and helpful, providing fast and attentive service. The environment was clean and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. The Rosticceria Marino di Riposto is a true gastronomic jewel. If you are a lover of arancini with sauce or Sicilian cuisine in general, I can only highly recommend you pay a visit to this place. You won't regret it.
