Ordered online. Gave them a pickup time. When I went to pick up my pizzas, I was informed that they hadn't received my order. I showed them the email confirmation that I received with the order number and pickup time. The manager then preceded to tell me that ordering online was hit or miss with them. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. A simple apology is all it would have taken, and I would have gladly waited in the parking lot while they made my pizzas. Never again Marino's, never again.

Sorry that you feel that way, Yes, at times the internet in the Spring Arbor area, just like it can happen anywhere, we do not get an online order. It is not something that we know happens until we have a customer that is yelling at us because there food isn't ready.

Stopped in at 7:15 to get dinner, salad bar torn down, which is understandable they close at 8, went to order sandwich and a salad, was told no sandwiches, no burgers, no salads, no apps....I asked what could we order was told only pizza.....I understand teardown but thats a great way to not make money because the kids want out at 8pm...Last time stopping in...

Usually not bad BUT ordered two pizzas one was burnt the other doughy!! Sad you spend $31.00 and neither one edible
