Family and have gone there 2 days in a row! WOW!!! Is all I can say. Absolutely the best ceviche we've ever had! Travel all over the world several times a year and have eaten sashimi, ceviche, and other sea delicacies, but this is it!!! Ivan truly is a Ceviche Master! If there’s one don’t skip place in Loreto, it’s Mariscos Ivan. If you’re sharp like us, you’ll stay at Hotel La Mision because Ivan is on the next corner. Forget making a decision, just order one of everything and share with anyone around the pool. You won’t be upset and you won’t have leftovers. Ivan was so friendly and nice, and let us try both ceviche choices before choosing - we ended up choosing the shrimp, but the fish was delicious as well. Definitely some of the best ceviche we’ve ever had. He got the nickname “ceviche master” for a reason! The area is beautiful too, right by the Loreto sign by the harbor. Plenty of parking along three street or easy to grab and carry if you’re just walking by. He will pack up everything nicely so you can take it to go. Or get it on a try and sit and visit with him.
