Superb. The hospitality alone is overwhelming in how warm you're made to feel. The food of course is sublime too. Just trust everything they recommend!

We happened upon this little place as we were exploring Amsterdam, I couldn't have planned this! This meal was outstanding. The menu is new every day planned by the chef based on what's fresh, in season. We choose to eat the meal as he had designed it. It was 4 courses of heaven. Clean fresh flavors that highlighted the ingredients. It was a slow placed feel and we were able to not only enjoy the meal but conversation and laughs. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Plan a trip to this special little find and make sure to give yourselves plenty of time to enjoy.

On our last evening in Amsterdam we had an incredible dinner at Marius. The staff were attentive and informative about our meal options and wine pairings. We selected a table near the kitchen so we could watch the chef work his magic preparing and plating the food. As each course arrived they looked like works of art. The aroma from each course was inviting. The food was delicious. I'm looking forward to returning to Amsterdam so we may return for another gastronomic feast.
