Marius

Marius is an excellent seafood restaurant located in the heart of Paris, near the Roland Garros tennis court. The restaurant is run by an elderly couple who are incredibly hospitable and welcoming to all their guests. The atmosphere is intimate and traditional, and the food is absolutely delicious. The menu offers a variety of fresh fish dishes, including Gillardeau oysters, a duo of rouget and scallops, and grilled anchovies. The sides are also amazing, with mashed potatoes and blanched collard greens being some of the highlights. The wine list is extensive and fairly priced. The desserts are also a must-try, with the chocolate fondant being a particular favorite. The service can be a bit inconsistent at times, but the price is reasonable at around €60 per person. Marius is the perfect place to enjoy a meal before a sporting event or just to spend a relaxing evening with friends. Highly recommended!
