I was recently invited to Belterra Park & Casino on Kellogg near Coney Island. I had never been before - so I was excited for the grand tour! . Belterra Park is what used to be River Downs and if you haven't been by there - it's pretty great. They have horse racing as well as slot machines. That is part of the regulations they have to follow to have the horse racing is that there are no table games (who knew?).
