We have been visiting the restaurant for years when we come to Varna, but unfortunately every time we find it more and more westernized. Leaving aside the terrible ventilation, this is more of a problem with the MALL itself, but apparently no one is following the hygiene requirements... The friend we were there with ordered a decaf latte and before she drank it everything was fine... a little later we realized that the milk in it must have expired because she got sick back in Mola and has had diarrhea and severe stomach pains for two days now. Unacceptable!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: BGN 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The most vile restaurant. I filed a complaint with HEI - food inspection. There were bugs inside the 2 coffees. One stuck to the bottom of the larva-like calyx. The most impudent waitress insisted that we pay the bill. We had a conversation with the manager and no one even apologized. This place is supposed to close an hour earlier. Hygiene is at no level. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gelato by Marmalade serves delicious ice creams. Coconut and extra black were my favourites through the stay in the city.
