This is an establishment that is good to enter! I passed through the door of the establishment for the first time not long ago, it was around noon and as in this kind of place where you know that you can have a good and quick snack, of course there were a few people in front of me. The chef, who was busy managing the preparation of meals, taking orders, collecting cash, etc., in short a sort of "one man show" took the time to say hello to me and leave me the time to make my choice. Once I placed my order (a Marmara kebab) and given that there were 6 or 7 people before me, I sat down and watched. And there, "the magic" happened, I watched the chef work, he didn't fuss unnecessarily, each gesture was precise and carried out with almost breathtaking speed. I had come in exhausted from an already tiring day and... In short, let's get back to the "essentials": the food; for a person like me who has difficulty digesting kebab style food (in fact afterwards I have to take a nap) and well after sitting in a park and tasting the well-balanced "Marmara" at the level of the mixture of raw vegetables, meat and well-made bread, I was able to resume my activities invigorated by the energy intake and without the heaviness of digestion. When paying my bill I left a modest tip to the chef who thanked me politely but without being obsequious, I told him that it would perhaps be me who should thank him. Well, it's done, thank you boss and I hope to see you soon. My final opinion: Open the door of the “Marmara” and if you are exhausted, watch the chef in action.
