On July 20, 2023, my husband and I celebrated our marriage in this restaurant. The company was small, 12 people, so we chose a separate small room. At the time of booking, the air conditioning was working, so there was no doubt at all. Everything was fine: a clear menu with quite reasonable prices. We left an advance payment and calmly left to wait for our day, which was supposed to be impeccable. The day before the celebration, they brought drinks there and checked the hall again. The TV no longer worked because they were adding a kitchen and the antenna was temporarily removed. This didn’t upset us; it’s not difficult to bring a flash drive with your music. Everything else was normal. What a disappointment we were when, upon arriving there the next day, it turned out that the air conditioner was broken!!! A room without windows. A door leads into the kitchen, another into the hallway. The mood was ruined. My husband was nervous. The administrator replied: I then offered you another room, you chose this one. Let me clarify that the other hall is where other visitors could sit besides us. Not very convenient. And who knew that the air conditioner would break? If we had known, we wouldn’t even have chosen this restaurant. It was impossible to dance, because the dress and shirts were sticking to the body anyway. A little later, in the next room, a children's party began with an animator, loud music and, naturally, with screams and screams of children. They tried to close the door several times, restricting us from having any air at all. The result, a holiday that should have been incredible in life, was ruined by the unfortunate admin. After all, you could call in the morning, warn about the air conditioner strip, solve the issue with fans, in the end, if you don’t transfer to another room. That's their concern! We can say a big thank you to the waiter Lila. Wonder Girl. I saw our mood, but did a lot to at least somehow soften it. They called the administrator through her. Didn't go out. I found an intermediary in the form of a waiter, which is super unprofessional. Several times her husband caught her, she answered rudely and did not solve anything at all. There were still advantages. Great price tag. The kitchen is just great. Not a single dish let us down. Everything is very filling and delicious! I was really pleased.
