The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, the service was efficient and I found it complimentary that the orders were separated by couples. However, the experience was terrible. The cod fritter was delicious and the Portuguese bread too. The dish we ordered came with hair (and I ended up not having the opportunity to tell the waiter, as he took the rest of the dish the moment I went to the bathroom). We had received information that there was no corkage fee for the 1st bottle of wine and that only from the 2nd onwards there would be a charge (in the amount of R$ 70.00). However, when we arrived, we were not informed that the corkage service was for the entire table, even though there were 3 separate guests. In the end, when paying the bill, we were surprised with a corkage fee even though we had also purchased a house wine. The way the situation was handled by the waiter was regrettable. To make matters worse, he also told us that there was no management at the establishment to try to resolve this type of issue. I have no intention of returning to the place.
