Stayed here just before before COVID lockdown... so was pretty quiet. Still, the cocktails were delicious, the ice wine samples were very welcome and the live acoustic music in the evenings was fantastic. But of course you can't go past the views. Nice place to sit and just relax :)

The bartenders are very attentive and friendly in the lobby lounge of The Marriott and the views are beautiful if the falls, even though it's ground level. During our two night stay, I had gin martinis, vodka with club soda, and a chocolate martini that the bartender made off the menu and was excellent. When something is not on the menu, you are always taking a chance that it won't be great because it's not a specialty item they make, but this was excellent. It was clear and light with a nice hint of chocolate and shavings in top, it was very impressive. It's a great place to just relax and take in the view when you're staying in the hotel and it's cold outside.
