Had brunch off the truck at the Beaufort Hunt Opening Day and the lasagna, chicken piccata and tortellini was delicious. The Italian rice ball was nothing like I ever had before. I will be getting it all again off the truck when it parked in Colonial Park.

So glad your food truck was in our neighborhood tonight! Thanks for cooking our dinner tonight- it was delicious!!! Huge portions too! We had rice balls, gnocchi with beef, & shrimp Alfredo!
