We had a fantastic experience at Marty's Pizza Bar. The pizza was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and there were plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with a unique and creative atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. As a pickle lover, I was especially excited to try the deep-fried pickles, but unfortunately they weren't a favourite at our table. Everything else was excellent, though, and we'd happily come back. Beautiful dog friendly patio out back! 4.5/5 — I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and a memorable dining experience. We ordered two pizzas, the soppresta & hot honey as well as the mushroom. I would recommend both. I liked that the pizzas were thin crusted. The food however took long to arrive we had to wait around 35 minutes. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter booked the restaurant for her 30th birthday party . It was a private event. The food she ordered was great- they ordered pizza, meatballs and warmed olives. Everything was delicious. The service was very disappointing. The bartender was not very friendly or welcoming. I made cupcakes for the party and brought my own trays to place them on and set them all up myself and provided paper plates. They added a cake cutting fee of $50.00 to the bill and they did nothing! When we walked in with the cupcakes they didn’t tell us there would be a fee for “cake cutting” . Very disappointing. They didn’t let us run a tab and made everyone pay for each drink and of course they left a tip, but then they were not able to give a complete total for the night and said my daughter and her boy friend had to pay more money because not enough money was spent during the evening. . I would not recommend this restaurant t for any private event and would think twice again before visiting the restaurant again Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Susan, I would love your contact so that I can personally explain how absolutely awful your daughter’s boyfriend and friends treated myself, my staff and my restaurant. And so I can show you where I explicitly told your daughter that there would be a “cake cutting” fee for any outside desserts brought in. And so I can reexplain to a real adult how a minimum spend works and why it would be absolutely insane for me to single out one person and have him carry most of the minimum when it was not a open bar.
