After a long trip enjoying the sights and cuisine of Lyon, my wife and I (both Korean) felt a bit homesick and were eager to return home to enjoy Korean food. But we serendipitously came across Marue by chance and decided to give it a try on a late afternoon, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the high level of skill from the chef-owner. The menu was very simple, featuring two entrees and two plats that rotate on a regular basis. The flavors and textures of every dish were very reminiscent of the classic Korean food that I enjoyed growing up. If you want to support a true small business, I highly recommend supporting Marue and enjoying the most authentic Korean dining experience!
