One of the few restaurants that stand out in my mind from my visit to Paris in the summer of 2022 is Chez Marie's and that's because of Marie and her wonderful cuisine. Marie is very engaging, friendly and quite talented. She strives to ensure you enjoy your meal by making recommendations and preparing it according to your liking. The white fish she prepared was the best ever! I also loved the Tiramisu and Brioche (French toast). I first had an omelette for breakfast as she recommended before indulging in the French toast because this particular French toast is more like a dessert ... sweet and rewarding. We miss Marie and all the delicious dishes she prepares!
