Stopped by for a quiet drink and everything was good until it came time to pay the bill. We were charged an additional €4 service fee on top of what we consumed, and then felt pressured to leave a tip because we were told it was “the norm.” The drinks and atmosphere were fine, but adding an unexpected service charge and then pressuring customers for an additional tip left a disappointing final impression. Transparency around charges would make a big difference. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
