Avoid this place at all costs. I came here ordered what I wanted and the guy who works here kept saying have this have that and would not let me order what I wanted. Then I sat on a table and he just forced me to sit on the other one and he dropped the tissues on the floor and picked up and put it on the table. And then when I cleaned the table he kept staring at me angry. Then when I was eating my food and every minute he kept coming saying how is the food is it like this or is it like that I just said okay and then he kept asking me to order more costly unhygienic food. Then when I finished he wouldn't let me leave he kept saying order from us don't eat anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone the hygiene Is bad the food was bad uncooked and cold the service was bad. So I do not recommend this place to anyone

AVOID this place! I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop today. I went in to order just one biryani, but the person at the counter added extra items to my order without asking me first. He said, “this is from the store,” which made it sound like it was free. However, when it was time to pay, my bill, which should have been around £7.50, was increased to £10 because of those additional items he included himself. This was completely unfair as I never requested them. When I clearly told him I hadn’t ordered those items and asked about the charges, he ignored my concern and kept insisting it was “special biryani.” It felt like I was being misled and overcharged. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude, and the service was extremely disappointing. THE WORST BRIYANi I have ever eaten in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be cautious and always review your bill carefully before paying. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have travelled over 5,000 miles to find one better tehari but I failed because Masala Box meat tehari is the best I have ever tried and I think about it often, I have tried too many different restaurants in different country but my sasa at Masala Box make the best tehari biryani in my experience. Uncle is also very friendly and when you enter Masala box you are feeling like you have entered inside your own house! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Ask them before you order
