This unique restaurant operates out of a private home and is only open one day a week, but it’s absolutely worth planning your trip around it. The food is outstanding—by far the best Indian cuisine in Israel. Every dish has a special, inventive twist, and the entire menu is strictly vegan. One standout is the incredible cashew-based lassi, which is truly beyond imagination. The menu changes with each visit, and one of the most memorable dishes I’ve tried is called Cholachat, a delicious fusion of Indian street food and the chef's own creativity.
