Aficionados of good food, I arrived hungry on a Thursday evening in an alley in Jurançon. The weight of history is palpable. Jurançon: historic capital of Béarn and white wine overwhelms me with its splendor. When suddenly I see the Masala Grill. It doesn't take much for me to come up with the magic formula: "a kebab salad with tomato and onion chef". Only one answer: “15 minutes please”. Oh yes, I'm going to wait for them, big guy. And when the dish arrives there is immediately intoxication, joy. Served with banana juice: the flavors of salty and sugar intermingle, dancing together: it's a marriage of love. With each bite, I find myself traveling towards flavors that my Bearnese palate never dreamed of exploring. Thank you boss for this moment of happiness. I wish Jurançon was famous for its kebab rather than its wine. I will return chef hungrier than ever. THANKS
