Extremely poor service - ordered Masala tea and still waiting after 40 mins. They forgot ! Team is not at all customer friendly! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000

On the 31 st mid Night we were there at the Dutch Square to witness the darn of 1.1.2026. Looking at the atmosphere of the location. We sat down for dinner at Masala Island, with my 2 daughters, my self & wife. My daughters ordered 2 plates of Spaghetti through the menu card which had confusing language Italian or French jargon & finally ended up in a vegan menu which the service guy never mentioned. However, my daughters couldn’t eat & informed the service personnel. From his response it seemed like they had finished all the stocks of cheese & chicken which any pasta is cooked in general. The Lion Lager can I ordered took a month of Sundays to come & I had to go behind to hunt for the guy whom I placed the order. Altogether, it was an awful 31st Night Dinner. The bills were sky high for this service wit just the lager can listed @1.5 k (triple the price). This is for your kind information. Think twice before you sit & order or fist try Curry Club right opposite.
