Got a mixed tandoori main delivered, they forgot the sauce. Rung in and driver delivered it 25 minutes later. When i got around to eating it, the meat was very poor quality and tasteless. Overall bad experience ordering with them and very poor quality of food. SMALL PORTION AND CHEAP MEAT. Wouldn't recommend

Appalling customer service. A 1 hour 15 minute wait from acceptance of online order, to delivery and then rice missing. 3 hours later waiting for a replacement which never came & being told on the phone we were lying about 1 portion of pilau rice from and order of over £30! I sent a private message as I do not like leaving any business a bad review but I barely received an apology just accusations! The girl on the phone may not have been trained in handling complaints. We were treated so disrespectfully! We were given a refund for the 1 meal that the rice was missing from, when we had to go into the shop to show the untouched meal! Totally unacceptable customer service Masala! The young man in the shop who delivered did apologise and was nice. Thank you to him for that after a terrible experience.
