Masala was an absolute delight! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish had authentic spices and a perfect balance of flavors. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it a great spot for both a casual meal and a special occasion. After 9 days on the road, I was craving dosa badly and Masalaa dished up the perfect dosa experience to satisfy my cravings. You can tell a good dosa from how it smells as it is brought to your table and I knew immediately. The sambar, coconut chutney and tomato chutney tasted authentic and perfectly paired with the ghee masala dosa. Overall a great vegetarian restaurant in Denver focusing mainly on South Indian cuisine but also some of the North Indian mainstays. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area. Had such a lovely time at Masalaa Restaurant in Aurora! The dosa was perfectly crispy and delicious with chutneys & sambar. The cozy vibe and friendly staff made it even better. Definitely a spot for authentic vegetarian Indian food. I also love that they have options for everyone (vegan, gluten-free, even no onion/no garlic if you need it). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
