One of the best, both historical site and restaurant, I've ever visited.You can combine delicious food, perfect service with the mistery and suggestions that place brings in its 1000 years life. Prime quality food, alchemy, hesoterism, religion, culture all in one place. A must visit highly recommended.

WhenInUmbria: I went for a tasting with friends and it was just unbelievably delicious. We sent villas guests and they were all happily enticed. What a great culinary experience and the visit to the Grotta is the cherry on the cake
