From the moment we walked in we were ignored and felt unwelcomed. The place was virtually empty on a Thursday evening and now I know why. There were three staff who purposefully ignored us while putting away silverware, took forever to take order, were rude and unfriendly. Food was overpriced and mediocre. I don’t know what has happened to Mason - it used to be great restaurant but has seriously gone downhill. Absolutely awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I must have gone on an off day because our experience was not good. We had to flag down the waitress to get wine refill even though she was right by our table. The staff was hanging out with each other, which is fine, but not if you ignore your customers. They also absolutely drenched my salad with vinegar. The rest of the food was salty. Wish we had the experience others had. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
