After a walk around National Archives at Philadelphia, many visitors stop by this restaurant. Explore the world of Chinese cuisine here. The first time I went here the food was amazing! This time the food is still decent but the service is lacking. As a traditional Asian mall spot you can get a sample and test what you’re doing to purchase. When I asked the lady to taste the shrimp, she said you can’t taste the shrimp. Which is crazy to me because you can cross the street to Panda Express and sample the honey walnut shrimp with no problems! Then they have the audacity to have a tip screen! I’m not tipping if I can’t sample the food that I’m going to purchase! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
