We went to have drinks. While sitting some men saw us and decided to come in and sit at a table next to us. We order, they ordered. When the drinks arrived we were asked to pay using cash only. But the other table wasn't. When I asked why, they said foreigners have to pay cash immediately. When challenged on it the apology seemed insincere. We paid and left without having the drinks. There is no place in the world for these kinds of behavior.
