Pleasant experience with prompt service. Good fresh steaming food with an open restaurant till 12pm.Very friendly and flexible staff. Most convenient since heart of town. Keels at a stonesthrow. Loved the meal setup from balcony with a sweeping view of the parks with tall trees surrounding the diners. Extremely worth of the room charges. Loved the sleeping comfort with fluffy spotless pillows and linen. The reception responds fast to our requests and staff was very courteous. Our requests were met with urgency. The rooms were spacious and so was the area to move about freely unlike the cramped space in some hotels. Many scenic sitting corners are available. Checkout times was negotiated very understandingly. Except for a faucet with a minor leak in the wash room everything else was satisfactory. This place is my only choice in future visits to Mathale.
