Was there thurs night for the $20 roast meal. Basic ... but cant complain because of the price. Gin and tonic $8 glass of wine $11. Free pool tables. Lots of raffles .. mainly meat packs.

I dropped by on a visit to Matamata. The RSA was my dads favourite place after work two or three times a week. I served bar here a few times on busy nights back in the day. It's just as I remember. Quite busy and very clean with staff very friendly. I need to thank the nice lady in the office who helped me look for and find my dads photo. I knew it had been there at one point but it was fantastic to see its still there. Thanks for all you do for our service men and women RSA. It's greatly appreciated.
