Very disappointing service. The staff and overall customer service need serious improvement. Long waiting times and poor handling of customers made this a really frustrating experience. Definitely not what I expected from Matara Rest House.

1 Star Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Matara. The reception staff were completely unhelpful and had a very poor attitude. When I simply asked about the food prices and portion sizes, I was spoken to rudely and disrespectfully. Management seriously needs to look into this issue and take appropriate action to improve staff behaviour and customer service. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. Very disappointing experience. After this experience, I have no intention of using this restaurant’s services again.
