The matcha latte was quite average imo, there wasn’t much matcha taste? Also didn’t have a very good experience the customer service front either. There was no one in the order queue so I went up to order, there were 4 staff behind the counter, 2 of them were making drinks, the other 2 was taking to each other but they all saw me waiting there at some point. I stood there for at least 5minutes in 35 degree heat waiting to be served and not one person even acknowledged me and it got to the point where I had to ask to be served, appalling tbh.

The best place in London for Matcha, their matcha is top quality, a beautiful vivid green, and all their matcha desserts taste amazing, my favourite is the matcha white chocolate brownie, could have a whole tray of those!! A little pricey at around £4.50, but they have a really good deal on for 11 pounds where you get 2 desserts and a drink.

The service is unbelievably rude here. This is my second time here and one of the female staff had a disgusting attitude towards me and other customers. I was so appalled that I don’t even remember what the matcha tastes like. This ruined my whole day. Looking at the reviews, there are few people who feel the same way. Never experienced such rude service in London. So disappointed that it was at Matchado.
