A good saag paneer is difficult to find in Toronto. It's usually an after-thought, it's not made fresh or it tastes of something completely different. Not at Matha Roti, however. It was hands down THE BEST saag paneer I've had in this city. Better than what I can make at home. For me, taking the first bite was like the scene from Ratatouille when the food critic is transported back to his childhood. 10/10 would recommend.
