Amazing little restaurant serving delicious tapas. Highly recommend the clams, pica pau pork and cod croquettes - all super tasty! They also serve flaming chorizo which looks fab. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you're visiting Lagos. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you're looking for an authentic old-school Portuguese tapas experience then look no further than Matobiche. Lovely little family-run place with tasty food. Owner barely speaks English but this is no problem at all, and honestly it's a part of the charm of this place. Really nice guy. Fish soup was great and we loved the octopus salad, so fresh. Highly recommend getting a bite to eat at Restaurante Matobiche.
