Avoid this place like the plague. I had the misfortune of dealing with the absolute worst manager I have ever encountered in Doha. This guy operates under the delusion that he actually owns the place, feeling entitled to scream at the very customers who keep the business alive even when the customers are absolutely polite. His level of arrogance is nauseating, and his incompetence in the hospitality sector is staggering. How someone with such a hostile, primitive attitude is allowed to represent a club is beyond comprehension; it’s an absolute embarrassment to the brand. If I were the owner of this club, I would be ashamed to have such an individual on the payroll. I would immediately look for a qualified, professional manager who actually understands the basics of customer service, rather than this ego-driven clown who is driving customers away. If you value your self-respect, stay as far away from Matrix Club as possible.
