26.02.24 We arrived at the Matsuri institution at the address of st. Kyivska 17 (12 school), immediately approached the counter and placed an order, as they were in a hurry. We ordered a pizza, the waiter asked twice if we would bring it with us, we said no and pointed to the table where we sat down. We were "served", if you can call it that, by a girl without a badge, so we don't even know her name, who didn't serve any plates or napkins. They waited a very long time for their order, when it was ready, no one responded to the call from the cook three times, although the waiter was in the hall, but was busy having a personal conversation at a table near the counter. This pizza had to be picked up after 10 minutes on its own, so it was already barely warm. If we hadn't taken it away, no one would have given us anything. When asked about such service, the waitress simply ignored the request. They got a bad mood and lack of appetite. I do not recommend this service facility to anyone, and the service is at the lowest level, unlike the Matsuri facility at the Cooperative College, there is excellent service and friendly and understanding waiters.
