I'm foreigner and I'm a regular Customer at Matsuya restaurants.To be honest, I think the quality of the staff is low compared to other Matsuya . One day, I went to have dinner and entered the restaurant & they don't even say hello when the customer(外国人) come.But I ignored it and while I was choosing the dishes to order, another customer（日本人）came in and the staff are immediately say "hello".At that time, I was angry and came back without eating. Very Very Very bad staff.I have decided to never eat at Matsuya Kitami again. The pictures below were taken at other Matsuya, not Matsuya Kitami. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
