I can't seem to use coupons from the smartphone app. It seems to be a guideline from NEXCO, and it is written in the corner of the Matsuya homepage, but there is no information to that effect in the store, which is a bit of a problem. When I told the large female clerk that I couldn't use the app coupon, "It's written on the homepage." The reply. If it's written in an easy-to-understand manner, I won't ask any questions. I thought it was unkind, so I told them that I would like the store to write something to that effect. "I'll think about it (though I won't)" I received a reply like that, which made me feel uncomfortable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
