There are few restaurants that communicate a deep dedication to the truth of taste. Matsuyoi Restaurant is one of them. I am truly honoured to have discovered it by chance and to have been transformed by the quality of the food and its preparation. The choice of raw materials, the presentation compositions and, absolute marvel, the service ceramics, make this place a point of rare quality, even in the very rich panorama of Tokyo cuisine.
