Hello again Lynn! Well I see you didn't like my last response and deleted the review and response only to rewrite it. So let me respond again! …Hello again Lynn! Well I see you didn't like my last response and deleted the review and response only to rewrite it. So let me respond again! For starters you came at 6pm on an evening when the Canucks playoff game started at 5 , so we already full. Again, there is a sign at the bottom of the stairs that tells you need to wait to be seated and the sign at the top of the stairs ACTUALLY says "Please wait to be seated" with a smiley face on it. As I said before, we do ask that customers wait on the stairs, which have railings if you feel unsafe, as it is much safer than standing in the servers walkway as they pass through with full trays of glassware or hot plates. Neither staff member even remembers an incident with a customer that evening, though they did have to ask multiple people to step out of the walkway, so the only people who seem to have an issue with moving and not being seated were you. Yes, when we are full and you say maybe you should go somewhere else we are going to agree with you as we don't have anywhere for you to sit! That isn't rude, that's being honest, and you are attributing a tone to the staff that I know they didn't use. As I said before I am happy for you that the Rack was able to accommodate you, and that you were still able to support a local business. However, getting your friends/family to bombard us with 1 star reviews because you were miffed we couldn't fit in with your plans is quite petty don't you think? Life is too short to stay angry, you've said your piece (twice now actually) so I hope you can let it go now and start focusing on better things More
