Just now, my friend and I arrived at the MAX restaurant near Oslo Central Station to have a meal. Outside the entrance, several people who appeared to be drug addicts approached us and harassed us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The two staff members inside the restaurant were incredibly kind and professional. They immediately stepped in, helped to drive those people away, and stayed with us to make sure we were safe. They even waited with us until our taxi arrived and only then let us leave. We are truly grateful for their help and kindness. They made us feel protected in a stressful situation. Thank you to the amazing MAX staff — you are genuinely good people. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food: not awful but not far from. Fries was ok with decent sauce. Burgers felt like a brick going down my stomach. Service: 2/6 of my group got the wrong order. I ordered a cappuccino, the guy serving me looked at the receipt, said cappuccino outloud but somehow I got a black coffee instead. They looked understaffed so I didn't bother complaining. Atmosphere: The table was clean but the seats dirty, had to clean it myself. Loud! Beeps from the kassa, noisy kitchen, loud air-conditioning, music playing in the background and noisy teenagers next to our table. Way too much noise all in all Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've tried Max burgers before and they're pretty/ very good. On this occasion, from this particular branch .......... the food was not so good. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
