Didn't know this Max started a D.I.Y- take-your-meal-home-and-warm-it-up-yourself- service, when complaining that a burger (at that moment being served) is cold-lukewarm. 3 male members of staff decided it was more appropriate to gang up on me as a woman, with one guy being patronizing, and all giving every inexcusable excuse as to why that was the 'correct temperature' and the way that it was, as if I have never eaten at a Max many times before, as opposed to just reheating the meat again, or starting a new one. Guess they're having a desperate food shortage (at our expense), going by the minuscule amount of lettuce (if any at all) being served in burgers frequently at several Maxs. Also, was watching how they handle food during this time; one girl there didn't even have her gloves on, touching several different things, and placed salad in someone's burger with her bare hands. Noticed the guy who made my burger wiping his hands on himself, handling both frozen and cooked foods without washing his hands inbetween. Concerning how this was all happening during a quieter hour even.

Zero stars.. do not eat here unless desperate .. the queue system when busy is a joke, waited for 20 mins while everyone after me was served .. eventually gave up! Complete joke

The locals have been telling us the MAX burgers which started in northern Sweden were good. This was our first try and we were pleasantly surprised. The stars were the avocado and chicken brioche with fresh red chili, green smoothie and sweet potato fries. The double beef and bacon burger lacked a bit of taste. We wouldn’t eat it often but it is a good choice for looking for a fast food burger.
