I couldn't take it anymore, so I ventured out and came to Maxfield's Pancake House. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. However, it took less than 3.30 minutes to get my order. It was good and more than enough so I had to get a to go box. It was a definite improvement over the hotel breakfast.
