Missing Maxim's hummus, we arrived on Monday evening. We ordered pita with hummus, chips, and salad as always and received pita with lots of chips that was very tasty but there was just a light touch of hummus and salad, something very stingy. At the bottom of the pita, I finally managed to taste some hummus and salad. Whoever made me the pita has no idea how to make Maxim's pita and is not generous.
