The lady that served me was really nice but I was disappointed with the size of the Mac and Cheese I was charged £4 for. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese wasn’t dished out in front of me where I could see so I only saw how small it was once I had already paid and left the shop. You can see how small it is from the photo I have attached. I was hoping to use their catering services for a party in a few months but I l’ve been put off. I recently had the pleasure of ordering from your restaurant through Just Eat, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Firstly, I must commend you on the substitute dish provided when the salmon I ordered was unavailable. Your prompt call to inform me of the change was appreciated, and the alternative meal was not only a delightful surprise but also beautifully flavored. The culinary skill and care put into the preparation were evident, and for that, I am grateful. However, I must be honest in my feedback regarding the portion size and pricing. The dish, priced at £14, came in a rather small box which left me expecting a bit more for my money. Given the current cost-of-living situation, I understand that prices can be steep, but it's worth mentioning from a customer's perspective. Despite this, the quality of the food assures me that I would return for another meal — perhaps next time, I'll order directly from the restaurant to bypass the extra costs associated with delivery apps like Just Eat or Uber Eats. Been ordering here for years and the food quality has never once dipped! They recently rebranded to 10Ten where you have a mix and match choice of such a wide range of dishes, its amazing because you can have a new combitnation every single time. The staff are also so helpful and freindly and I cant lie the food itself SLAPS! Last Christmas we ordered a Christmas meal from them and glad to say we are doing that again this year! Maybe I shouldn't of said that because the fritters are mine and not to share!
