*1 Star*. Very poor experience at *Max's SM Bacolod*. Food was cold and took too long to serve. Staff was slow and inattentive. Worst part: They do not honor promos from the official Max's website. We showed the family bundle promo and they said "SM branch is different" with no notice anywhere. Not worth the price. Hope management fixes this. Definitely not recommended. What a waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₱5,000+

We recently dined at Max’s Restaurant in SM Bacolod and had a mixed experience. The servers were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately the service was extremely slow. We arrived around 11 AM when there was only one other occupied table, yet it still took over 30 minutes for the first items to arrive at our table. One of the dishes was delivered more than an hour after we placed our order. The food itself tasted good, but it was served cold, which was disappointing. Hoping the service speed and food temperature improve, as the staff were genuinely courteous and accommodating.
