Placed an online order, arrived 20-minutes past pick-up time, and ended up waiting 20 minutes more minutes just to be helped, despite standing in front of the checkout kiosk – was ignored numerous times and not even an, “We’ll be with you shortly.” I understand that they might have been short-staffed, but stopping and asking other customers what they were waiting for might have reduced wait times significantly. Service has room for improvement. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
