Worst experiencr I’ve ever had. I booked a table at a specific time and I mentioned in the “special occasions” notes that it was for a birthday. I arrive RIGHT ON TIME, within a minute of my booking and I was told to “wait for 10-15 minutes by the bar until they prepare the table”. As they take me to the table it only had 3 stool chairs and we were 5.. Anyway i told them why we had to wait that long considering we already had a booking and came on time.. their response was to “wait for a bit as they check”. And they left us waiting another 15 minutes.. for a total of 30 minutes! What a wonderful BIRTHDAY experience, I guess that’s why they asked if there was any special occasions. They were so unprofessional about it they wouldn’t even make eye contact or apologize and almost acted as if we weren’t there, until they just told the “manager” to come and sort everything, but he just kept saying the same thing, this time “2 minutes” every 5 minutes until we sat down after waiting a total of 40 minutes or so.. I wouldn’t come back or recommend to be honest. Nothing special about this place even. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
