I’m extremely disappointed with the service. We placed our order directly through WhatsApp around 2:00 PM. The agreed delivery time was 8:15 PM, and we were told they would message us at 7:30 PM to confirm that the order was on the way. No message came. At 8:40 PM — after waiting well past the agreed time — we reached out to ask what was happening with our order. Only then were we told that there were no drivers available and were simply told “si gusta pasar” (come pick it up). You had six hours to inform us that delivery wouldn’t be possible. Instead, we were left waiting with no update and no consideration. It’s especially upsetting because it’s Ramadan. We had been fasting the entire day and planned our meal around the agreed delivery time. To be told at the last minute that there was no driver available shows a complete lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. Service: 1 Order type: Delivery

The best sushi I've had in Tulum, and I really mean it. Chef Elias was very friendly and professional. The place was super nice and very clean. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back to Mayan Sushi Tulum. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
